At NextFeature, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund process for our SaaS subscriptions. This policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Free Trial: All new users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No payment is required to start the trial, and you may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
  • Paid Subscriptions: Once a paid subscription period begins (after the trial), you may request a refund within 5 days of the initial payment if:
    • You experience a technical issue that prevents you from using core features, and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
    • You were charged in error or for a duplicate subscription.
    • You did not access or use any Pro features during the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not typically granted for partial billing periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction with feature scope if the service is functioning as described.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our support team at care@nextfeature.io within 5 days of the charge.
  • Include your account email, payment details, and a clear explanation of the reason for your request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
  • If a refund to your original payment method is not possible (e.g., expired card), we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
  • In rare cases, a credit for future use on NextFeature may be offered as an alternative to a direct refund.

4. Special Cases

  • Requests made after the 5-day window will be considered only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented technical outages).
  • Any abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated requests, fraudulent claims) may result in account suspension or termination.
