At NextFeature, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund process for our SaaS subscriptions. This policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Free Trial: All new users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No payment is required to start the trial, and you may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
Paid Subscriptions: Once a paid subscription period begins (after the trial), you may request a refund within 5 days of the initial payment if:
- You experience a technical issue that prevents you from using core features, and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged in error or for a duplicate subscription.
- You did not access or use any Pro features during the current billing cycle.
Refunds are not typically granted for partial billing periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction with feature scope if the service is functioning as described.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at care@nextfeature.io within 5 days of the charge.
Include your account email, payment details, and a clear explanation of the reason for your request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If a refund to your original payment method is not possible (e.g., expired card), we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
In rare cases, a credit for future use on NextFeature may be offered as an alternative to a direct refund.

4. Special Cases

Requests made after the 5-day window will be considered only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented technical outages).
Any abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated requests, fraudulent claims) may result in account suspension or termination.
